The Website is owned by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (Inc) (ACN 929 977 9857), trading as ProjectConnect.
The main purpose of the Website is to provide information about procurement opportunities and to promote the products and capabilities of Australian manufacturers and service providers. To obtain this objective the Website provides a platform that allows Buyers and Suppliers to publish information on their organisation or procurement requirements.
2. Terms and Conditions Your use of www.projectconnect.com.au and the information available on the Website is conditional to your agreement to the terms and conditions.
Use of and/or continued access to the Website constitutes agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Copyright All the content of this site, including data (being information about procurement opportunities), source code, graphics, forms and structure contained within the Website are Copyright. All of the contents of the Website and downloads from it are owned directly by ProjectConnect.
Users are permitted to make copies of the Website as necessary incidental acts during viewing and to take a print for personal use of so much of the website as is reasonable for private purposes. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by ProjectConnect, all other use is prohibited.
ProjectConnect does not claim authorship of all information and acknowledges the copyright of other parties where applicable.
ProjectConnect may distribute or publish any information you provide without limitation or charge.
2.2 No Warranty ProjectConnect does not warrant that any information will be accurate or up-to-date and you acknowledge that the information, products, and services published may be inaccurate or misleading.

The Terms and Conditions are effective until terminated by ProjectConnect.
In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Website. All restrictions, disclaimers and limitations of liability will survive termination.
3. ProjectConnect Management System Access
3.1 Management Access Project owners or their contractors are provided access to the Website Project Management System to list their supply opportunities on the condition they:

Provide information on a significant portion of their project’s procurement opportunities.

Ensure the opportunities listed are open to “Full Package” suppliers that are able to provide the complete good or service.

Only list opportunities for “2nd Tier Only” registration in the event that the good or service will not be tendered (e.g. sole sourced, in-house supply).

Allow sufficient time for suppliers to register interest against newly listed opportunities.

Allow sufficient time for the project’s buyers to consider suppliers that have registered for possible inclusion in tender lists.

Provide sufficient resources to ensure project and procurement information is up-to-date and publish the names of successful tenderers and their contact details once known to support 2nd Tier supplier engagement.
3.2 Australia Industry Participation National Framework
The Australian Industry Participation National Framework (AIP National Framework) was signed by Australian, State and Territory Industry Ministers in April 2001. The AIP National Framework represents an investment in Australia’s future through supporting Australian industry to innovate, develop and enhance competitive capabilities and take advantage of investment opportunities. Project owners or their contractors are provided access to the Website Project Management System on the condition they support the objectives set out in the AIP National Framework. 4. General The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Western Australia.
Users of the Website must keep their registration access details private and confidential. ProjectConnect is not responsible for the use and any misuse of their username and password and any known or unknown unauthorised access.
If you no longer wish us to communicate with you, or the details we hold on you change or you decide you no longer wish your information to be held on the Website you must immediately inform us |
